Known issues and safety

Recall check: we searched GOV.UK product safety alerts, reports and recalls (Office for Product Safety and Standards) for “ring automotive” on 19 October 2026. The only Ring inflator it lists is the July 2025 recall of the RTC6000 cordless model, a different product [2]. We found nothing naming the RTC1000.

The gauge is a guide; check pressure with a separate tyre gauge. Do not leave the inflator running unattended.
