Quick Detailers

How we research

A quick detailer is a spray used with a cloth between full washes. Our pages on specific products are listed below.

How we research quick detailers

  • Each page summarises the maker’s page and a UK retailer listing, with the date we checked it.
  • We search GOV.UK product safety alerts, reports and recalls for the brand and say what we found.
  • We have not tested these products ourselves, and we mark anything we could not verify.

What to check on each page

  • The surfaces the maker says it suits, directions for use and pack size.
  • Whether the page names the exact model, because makers sell many variants under one name.
