Recall check: we searched GOV.UK product safety alerts, reports and recalls (Office for Product Safety and Standards) for “candy” on 19 October 2026. The only appliance result was a Candy heat pump tumble dryer, which is a dryer, not a washing machine [2]. We found no Candy washing machine notice. Check the list again for the exact model.
